What is Incubator Center

The Incubator Center aims to inspire and support entrepreneurs by providing resources, mentorship, and a collaborative environment to help turn ideas into successful businesses. It focuses on promoting innovation, technology, and entrepreneurship among students, alumni, and faculty at the University of Jaffna

The center serves students, alumni, and staff of the University of Jaffna, as well as local entrepreneurs, researchers, and innovators. It is open to anyone with a potential tech-based idea or product.

The center operates through a partnership between Yarl IT Hub and the University of Jaffna, as outlined in the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signed between them, with the support of the University Business Linkage (UBL). While Yarl IT Hub provides technical support, the University of Jaffna offers physical facilities and grants permission to operate within the university premises.

The center offers access to resources like infrastructure, technical support, mentorship, training programs, and networking opportunities. Entrepreneurs also receive financial support, such as seed funding, and can participate in pitch competitions and accelerator programs
